Have a browse through the products and find the products that you wish to purchase.
Click on "buy" or click on the product for a more in-depth description and you can then click on "add" after choosing the quantity you would like.
On the right hand side of the website it will show your shopping cart. Click "view" to view the contents of your shopping cart or click on "checkout" to proceed to the checkout.
While you are viewing your shopping cart you can change the amount of the items. If you wish to purchase more than one of the colour chosen (if available) then change the quantity and click on "update". Click on the "continue shopping" button if you wish to go back to the page you were at.
Upon checkout you will need to join if you haven’t already joined. Please recheck your details, especially your postal address.

Payments
I accept payment via direct deposit into my bank account or paypal. Please choose payment option at checkout. My bank account details will be emailed to you upon checkout. Orders are shipped after payments have been received.
Payments are required within 7 days of placing an order. If you do not pay within 7 days a payment reminder email will be sent to you. If you still do not pay within 3 days your orders may be cancelled.
Please include your order number as the reference when paying for goods via direct deposit and email me immediately.

Postage/Shipping
Delivery is via Australia Post.
The shipping within Australia will be calculated upon checkout.
Sometimes there will be more than one option for shipping. Some of my products (depending on weight) will fit in an A4 size envelope or tough bag with stamps. So to save my customers money I have this option available also. If you would rather not to use this option please choose the $5.30 option.
Orders are shipped within 2-3 days of receiving payment, if possible. I will let you know via email when your order has been shipped.
Orders are sent via unregistered post. I do not take responsibility for missing parcels.
If you would like your parcel to be sent via registered or express post, please contact me prior to payment.

Preorder Instructions and Terms

Sometimes some of my stock will be available for preorder. This means that the stock has not arrived yet but you can still order it. Please pay the amount of the product/s. I will contact you as soon as the stock has arrived.

My Guarantee
I aim to provide you with high quality products, but if one of my products has a fault then please do not use it. Contact me immediately and I will provide you with a refund (less postage) within 30 days. Used or washed goods will not be refunded.

Exchanges/Refunds
Please contact me if you are having any problems and before sending goods back.
Exchanges and refunds* will be provided within 30 days for unused and unwashed goods (*less postage). Refunds will be made via direct deposit into your bank account.
Exchanges will not be made because of "change of mind" or not liking the design or product. I aim to take photos of products that are as close to the actual colour as possible. Some differences in colour may be seen. Please choose carefully.

Repairs
I provide free* repairs to your Cheeky Creations nappies for the life of your nappies (*less postage). Simply email me with the reason your nappies need repairs and I will contact you with the details. I provide repairs such as replacing elastic & touchtape.

Disclaimer
Nappies, nappy accessories, and clothing contain small parts that could be hazardous to babies and children. Please thoroughly inspect each product prior to use and do not use if parts are loose or damaged. Cheeky Creations is not responsible for any injury occurring from the result of neglecting to observe this warning.

By registering on this site you agree to receive emails from me when you order and also to let you know about upcoming news, events and products.
